Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie, has continued on his commitment to hold Cabinet meetings on the Territory’s main islands and has announced that the Cabinet will meet on Anegada on January 15.

Premier and Minister of Finance, Honourable Andrew A. Fahie has stated that the future of the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC) is beyond imagination and that the Government of the Virgin Islands will continue to support the institution where it can.

Manager for the Department of Waste Management, Mr. Neville Allen has said that the Territory wide clean up undertaken in December saw the collection of tons of waste.

Fahie has today said that the good tax cooperation between the British Virgin Islands and France has been overlooked in the French Government's decision to include the jurisdiction, among others newly added, to its list of non-cooperative states and territories in tax matters.
