The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Survey Department, is inviting tenders from qualified and suitable professionals or firms to provide digital photogrammetric services or aerial photography for the survey of the Territory.

Benedicta Samuels Appointed Chief Registrar Of Lands

Ms. Benedicta Samuels has been appointed to the post of Chief Registrar of Lands at the Land Registry Department for a period of three months, effective July 8.

 

Certified Copy

A certified copy of land records is authenticated by affixing the Land Registry’s stamp and endorsed by a Registry officer.

  •     Your application was not submitted in triplicate.
  •     Your application involved more than one parcel and the copies submitted were not sufficient for you to receive a copy. A copy will be retained for each parcel.
  •     Applications must be submitted in triplicate. However, extra copies are not processed unless needed for applications involving more than one parcel.
