The successful applicant will ensure all calls to the Government of the Virgin Islands are answered in a polite manner and transferred to the appropriate department.

Government Telephone Services Advisory

The public is notified that telecommunication provider Flow is experiencing technical difficulties, with the link between their network and government.

Customer Service (Distribution of Mails)

Sort internal mail and place in respective Ministries/Departments/Sections/Unit mail boxes

Customer Service (Switch Board)

Answer all incoming calls to the Government and transfer calls to the appropriate Ministries/Departments/Sections/Unit.

Issue and Maintenance of Landlines

Manage and maintain Government's Telecommunication system (Desk Phones, Fax)

Issue Cellphones and Service Plans

Providing mobile devices to authorized officers within Ministries/Departments
